Our business family is made up of 2 Directors Greg & Steve and a business Development & Project Manager Shaun. Over the past 20 Years we have shaped, developed, and trained our teams of trade engineers to adapt and meet the developing needs of the business we have today. Many of these engineers have been retained over this period to provide the depth of experience and trade knowledge we enjoy today.

Nene Property Solutions Ltd along with its Building Services wing established themselves in 2003, driven then like today by the passion to get jobs done properly, whilst completing all works to the highest standards.
Our basic philosophy has achieved continued customer satisfaction and resulted in Nene Property Solutions Ltd becoming one of the leading independent commercial and domestic refurbishment and maintenance companies in the region today. We employ friendly, well trained, and skilled tradesmen and engineers which include, bricklayers, groundworkers, stonemasons, decorators, carpenters and joiners, electricians, plumbers and specialist heating and drainage engineers. These are backed and supported by dedicated project co-ordinators and managers with specialist knowledge and experience in this field.

That means we can help you with all aspects of property refurbishment and maintenance, including plumbing, plastering, tiling, decoration, electrical, fencing, garden landscaping and the full range of building construction works.
All our tradesmen are professionals, who operate in an organised, polite and efficient manner. With our primary aim remaining to provide high quality work with a personal touch to give our clients the results they expect and desire. We believe in absolute transparency on both timings and costs, with no hidden charges. Our project managers will ensure that your project runs smoothly whilst remaining on budget. He will co-ordinate the work of the builders and tradesmen, keeping you fully informed on the progress of the works.
We carry full insurances both public and professional, all of our employees are DBS checked and certified and are more than happy to provide references and testimonials.
Health & Safety
we recognise and fully accept our responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and others (sub-contractors, visitors and members of the general public) who may be affected by our work. We undertake to fully comply with all statutory health and safety requirements and adopt all practical means to eliminate hazards, reduce the risk of injury and the risk of damage to property. We make safe arrangements for the use, handling, storage and transport of materials and substances. We provide all statutory Method Statements and Risk Assessments, CDM and waste transfer notice documentation.
